easy! When you receive your ID card, simply choose a
participating dental office and make an appointment.
Present your ID card when you arrive for your
appointment. The dental office will charge you a
reduced fee according to the discounted fee
schedule. Savings may range from 20%-50% with an
average savings of nearly 30%.
